My name is Pragnya. I loovee lipsticks. I love how they brighten up my face and my mood any day. My skin tone is medium to light.

Here are the lipsticks/lip gloss I love to death and love wearing every other day  

       Lakme enrich satins shade 651 : it is my most used and abused shade (you can see from the picture J )

      when swiped once it’s a neutral light pink but gradually stains a little which is very face flattering.

5.       Maybelline Colorsensational  Moisture extreme lipcolor in chestnut B41 : a very nice nude pink with slight mauve undertones. Great for every day wear.

4.       Maybelline Colorsensational  Moisture extreme lipcolor in buffB42 : it is a very nice pretty shade having hints of peach and pink

Hi beauties,

Here are my favorite lipsticks and lipgloss swatches. I love to wear these lipsticks/lipgloss with Smokey as well neutral eye makeup. I wore these shades on lips one by one and clicked the picture. I have numbered the shades so as you guys easily relate the color with the products. So tell me how my lips are looking with these shades???? 

Note-My complexion is medium fair.

Product 1   -Revlon Color Stay Overtime Perennial – Lipgloss

What I like –     very pretty color

                        Stay very long

                        Lips looks very beautiful

                        Day and night wear

What I dislike – pricey

                        Feel sticky without transparent gloss

                        Smell chemically

                        Very very difficult to remove without makeup remover

                        (I have found the magic with Vaseline petroleum jelly and voila!!!)

Product 2   - Maybelline Water Shine Liquid Diamonds 10 Pink Ruby – Lipgloss

What I like –    Decent Price
                        very pretty color

                        Good staying power 2-3 hrs (I can expect only this from lipglosses)

                        Lips looks very beautiful

                        Day and night wear

                        Smells good

What I dislike –        None

What I like –     very pretty color

                        Lips looks very beautiful with skokey eyes

I picked a neon bright hot pink shade called Pink stain. It has a slight hint of coral but its really a bright neon fuchsia.

MAC Heavenly Creatures Limited edition collection Meteoric cremesheen lipglass

M.A.C. launched 5 gorgeous Cremesheen lipglasses along with its Heavenly Creature's collection and I'm reviewing Meteoric Cremesheen lipglass today for all you pretty Girls!

MAC's cremesheen lipglass Meteoric is a beautiful coral pink semi opaque gloss (with milky undertones) and gold micro shimmer.The cremesheen glosses usually come in creamy non shimmery formulation and that is precisely the kind of texture I want in my glosses.
Meteoric unlike most cremesheen lipglasses has shimmer, but it isn't obvious and the micro reflects gives a very high glossy finish to my lips.

 It also gives a nice luxurious, hydrated and slightly plumped up feel to the lips.The gloss has upwards of 3 hours of wear time and it doesn't feather or slide off my lips.

Sleek Pout Polish Electro Peach-Tinted Lip Conditioner

Girls Its time to drench your lips with Juicy peachy-coral lip conditioners and what better than Sleek Pout polish in Electro Peach. You all had seen the sneak peak of the pout polish in my recent Sleek Haul.

Don't freak out about how neon the shade looks in pan, its just a red herring.Texture wise-these are extremely sheer and glossy,very slick and non sticky. Its emollient enough to keep the lips feeling hydrated without being overtly greasy.
It also contains SPF 15 which honestly I personally don't care much about.

This shade is just so va a voom in the pan I literally had a heart attack when I saw it! Forget peaches and coral this looked down right neon in the pan.
But looks can be so deceptive, this wears off so sheer and so incredibly soft and glossy with the perfect hint of peachy coral!It looks gorgeous and is perfect for day time wear!

So what do Avatar, Chota Chetan & Bourjois Effet lipglosses have in common??

Well all three promise to immerse us in the world of 3D!! 

Now I knew movies & TVs turning 3D was sort of technical feat, but I somehow thought (in all my innocence) that my lips were already 3 dimensional. 

But Nopes! Guess I was wrong ! 

Your lips can't turn 3D unless you don some Parisienne chic lip gloss which brands you Bourjois (literally Middle class) dripping with materialism & hedonism!

Now that's a lot of responsibility resting on the slender shoulder of a dainty little lip gloss. So does it measure up ?Lets find out.

The gloss's packaging,like all the other Bourjois products is tre`s chic. The gloss tube starts as a square at the base and is rounded in the middle,the tube is topped with a tapered cap with shade number and swatch mentioned at the top of cap.The tube looks distinctive and high end.

Check out the shimmery gold & silver reflects in the lipgloss.The glitter is very fine and doesn't feel gritty on the lips.

Hello Gorgeous(es) a few weeks back I raved about a surprise beauty find-Incolor Lip Gloss (click here to read the review & see swatches for shade numbers 05,23,24,26)

I'm so in love with these gorgeous lip glosses,they've beaten all my other pricier lip glosses.These are my current HG lip glosses so I had to snag some more. I picked up shade number 29 which is a beautiful creamy pink ,the shade looks gorgeous on its own,but coupled with Revlon Colorburst Rosy Nude,its just divine.

Its almost shocking how in-expensive these are-at INR 135/- a piece I can snag a bunch without feeling guilty about breaking the bank!

NEW! REVLON COLORBURST LIPGLOSS-BORDEAUX REVIEW & SWATCHES

Lips that shine with killer color. This weightless gloss makes lips pop with 5X more shine than patent leather-with promises like that & after the stupendous performance with Colorburst lipsticks, Revlon had upped my hopes & for over 5-6 months I'd been patiently waiting for the sequel to Colorburst Lipsticks..the Revlon Colorburst Lip Gloss to be launched in India.

So after months of agonizing wait when the product launch was nowhere in sight I decided it was time to take matters in my own hands-a.k.a online shopping. I had read some great reviews about these lovelies and I decided to try a berry /plum shade-Bordeaux. i was expecting a sheer, muted wine shade and when I got the tube-boy was I in for a BIG Surprise ? So as ususal after shopping for groceries (at Reliance Mart) I gravitated to cosmetics counter just to check out what was on display. I had seen Incolor cosmetics in a few shops in GK1 market, but I was surprised to see them stocked in Reliance Mart, so I just decided to check out the testers of Lip Glosses and boy I was impressed with the Lip Glos quality & shades available!

I told my dear hubby to wait while I did some Lip Gloss hauling :)

These are just my kind of Gloss- smooth ,creamy,sheer application, absolutely non sticky texture & no fragrance. Though I had no lip balm on my lips but after application my lips felt soft & supple & totally hydrated for hours after applying these.

I picked up 4 glosses... need I say more..I'm in love with these :)

Here are the swatches of other Inglot lip duo No 26 that I picked last week.Thanks to Delhi's sweltering heat in the journey from the car to the my dresser (less than 15 mins) both my lovely lip duos melted and created a royal mess (anyways I have been storing these in a plastic box with both sections lying flat,in the chill tray of my fridge else heaven knows what agony I'll have to bear with my lippies getting ruined).Plus Inglot started out a 35% off sale on their merchandise 3 days after I picked my lippes (I paid MRP)so boy was I feeling upset...anyways back to the swatches , shade no. 26 is such a beautiful mauve pink, I can't stop raving about how beautiful it looks. INGLOT LIP DUO LIP GLOSS LIP PAINT NO.15

I had posted last week that I'd hauled some Inglot goodies & its time for swatches. I picked up 2 lip duos-lip paint & gloss in shade no. 15 its a lovely nude peachy shade of lip paint & other side has bright shimmery gloss.

The shades are gorgeous for day wear or to team with smoky eyes. The best thing about these duos is you get the color & comfort of a cream lippie the shine of a gloss minus the stickiness. I absolutely love Inglot lip duos. Also the color payoff and texture is such that you can try out many lip shades which you might find difficult to pull off in traditional lipstick.
