The eyeshadows applied dry & then wet.Notice the intense color payoff when applied wet.

Pros- Jewel toned shades perfect when you want to dress up your eyes. The shadows are highly pigmented, blend well & stays put for at least 6 hours with a primer. When applied wet the shadows last longer.For the price its a definite steal

Cons- None (just avoid the foam tipped applicator, isn’t of much use)
