My tiny little haul :), the products come individually packaged in bubble wrap and the packaging is stuffed with thermocol to prevent transit damage.The white thermocol beads went all over the place as soon I opened the packaging, it felt like Snowflakes at Christmas time!!!

After the momentary thrill of Christmassy feel was over cleaning up the thermocol beads was a royal pain, I hope they improve the packaging material soon.

I received email confirmations from Stylecraze.com confirming my order status and invoice details. Here's the snapshot of my invoice.I was offered a discount coupon by Stylecraze, but the rest of the purchase was paid by my own hard earned moolah.I paid for my order through Credit card while Debit card, net banking and COD are also available.

WHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

• The brand selection is great but more shades range are required in OPI nail enamel & Revlon Colorstay foundation categories
• Improvement in packaging material- please change those thermocol beads!

OVERALL THOUGHTS-I found the entire website interface easy to navigate, great brand selection, discounts are offered on majority of the products available at the store. 

The invoicing and shipping is very prompt, package was delivered securely. I interacted with Chetana (founder & owner of Stylecraze) through mail & on FB.I was impressed with her high customer focus and prompt responses.
