Sneak peek at my Coastal Scents makeup brushes Haul

Hello my Cupcakes, wanna turn green with ENVY? 
One look at my latest makeup brushes haul from Coastal scents will have even the most devout & pious souls turning into the green eyed monsters ;D

Here's the entire line up of all my latest CS brushes! Don't they look like a mini army of furry tops!

I hauled a 12 piece brush , 2 Classic blush angle large brush one each in natural & synthetic
2 classic large Shadow synthetic brushes and 2 Classic shadow medium synthetic

From Left to right-Classic blush angle large brush synthetic, 2 classic large Shadow synthetic brushes, 2 Classic shadow medium synthetic Classic blush angle large brush one each in natural.
If you are wondering why did I bu 2 of each of these? Well these are the brushes I use the most on a daily basis and in the daily grind its not possible for me to wash my brushes everyday, so I got backups Brilliant right :D

Is Coastal Scents Pro Blending brush- Dupe for MAC 217?

I've been obsessed with creating eye makeup looks and my Project 101 eye makeup looks is a testimony to that madness. 

The first and biggest hurdle a Makeup enthusiast faces while starting out with eye makeup is non-availability of quality blending brushes on a budget.

 The choice is pretty limited either you pick up one of the Vega pro brushes ,or try out one of the few random brushes from Faces / QVS / Babila or suck up  and buy a MAC brush.Blogosphere is filled with the story of MAC 217 as HG blending brush, and I know most of us wonder is there no other alternative?

After all 1500 bucks is not chump change and as much I love eye makeup I'm not ready to fork out that kind of money on a single eyeshadow blending brush just yet- later who knows I might just change my mind, but right now I'd make do or do without!

So in the spirit of Make do I ordered a bunch of eye shadow brushes from Coastal scents- few of which have become my all time favorites.

 One of the things on my wishlist was a domed eyeshadow blending brush and touted as a dupe of MAC 217 was Coastalscents Pro Blending brush. So is it  really a dupe?

SIGMA F80 Flat Kabuki Brush Review

Sigma F80 occupies a coveted place on my vanity and is a must have in your brush kit.It has synthetic bristles, heavy handle and its meant to be used for applying primer, liquid foundations, powders and for buffing. Flat top brushes are perfect for buffing the liquid foundation and leave a more polished and dewy look to the skin.

Sigma sent the product in an ultra cute packaging in blue tissue bag and pink grossgrain ribbon & all.

Coastal Scents Eyeshadow brushes and eyeshadow haul!!

Coastal scents had always intrigued me with their range of pocket friendly makeup items. I had been lemming for some good quality eyeshadow brushes on a budget (the ones that didn't expect me to sell off  one of my kidneys to buy a makeup brush kind of price range!) 

I had heard mixed reviews about their makeup brush quality and I wasn't entirely sure of placing an order.Around New Year's time Coastal scents had 20% Off on their makeup brushes and after contemplating over whether to order or not for over 3 months I finally took the plunge!!

I had taken the cheapest shipping option (First class Mail International $ 10.89) My order got delivered within 12 days which considering it was an International order shipped around New Year sale season was delivered in reasonable time frame.Total total cost of all my items excluding shipping was $ 15.34.

So here's my little haul, go on now feast your eyes.
